The Sanskrit word namaskar stems from Namas, which means "to bow to" or "to adore." (The familiar phrase we use to close our yoga classes, namaste—te means "you"—also comes from this root.)

Prerequisites to Apply:

A desire to deepen your practice and understanding of yoga. A yearning to learn all you need to know to become a yoga teacher. At least 3 months of consistent yoga practice in a classroom. Those taking the course who are under 17 will require a release form signed by their guardian.

After you submit your application it will go into the review process.  You will be contacted with your acceptance status within a few days of your submission.  Once accepted you will be contacted with more details on how to pay and enroll in your program. ​

APPLICATION DEADLINE 

To process your application, please send your complete application no later than three weeks before the start date.  However, enrollment is limited, so we recommend that you submit your application at least one month before the start date.  We may accept last-minute applications only if there is space in the program.

All Lectures, Homework, Books, Materials, Sanskrit and mantra will be sent to you Once Full payment is Received. The study, Study Class just began.

Hatha Vinyasa Ashtanga Yoga

This is a Hatha-based meditative practice that unites movement with breath which aims at the purification of the mind and body. Hatha, Vinyasa Ashtanga yoga is the source of most Vinyasa, Power, and Flow style yoga which are popular in the West today.
